Randy Dean Joins Cynch.AI as Chief Business Officer

We're excited to announce that Randy Dean has joined Cynch.AI as Chief Business Officer.
Randy has been an advisor to Cynch since the company's inception, helping shape its strategy, commercial direction, and growth plans. As Chief Business Officer, he will lead Cynch's growth strategy and provide experienced leadership as the company scales toward its vision of becoming the defining AI-native tax and accounting company in the industry.
Randy brings more than 25 years of experience building companies around breakthrough technologies. His career has been defined by identifying frontier innovations and transforming them into products, businesses, and market leaders. He has led strategy, commercialization, partnerships, operations, and growth for startups and global enterprises, including America Online, The Active Network, Digital Post Australia, LivingSocial, and Sentient Technologies.
Most recently, Randy founded and led an enterprise AI consultancy that designed and deployed sophisticated AI solutions for organizations including Nike, Levi Strauss, Coinbase, Rocket Mortgage, Vodafone, AXA, and General Electric. Prior to that, he held executive leadership roles focused on commercializing emerging technologies, scaling businesses, and building high-performing organizations.
