Cynch.AI Adds Former EY Global Vice Chair Chris Mazzei to Board of Directors

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — June 1, 2026 — Cynch.AI, the AI-native tax and financial advisory company, today announced the appointment of Chris Mazzei to its Board of Directors.
Mazzei is one of the industry's most accomplished leaders in strategy, analytics, and enterprise transformation. He formerly served as Global Vice Chair, Strategy at EY and previously led the firm's global data and analytics organization as Global Chief Analytics Officer and Chief Data & Analytics Officer, building one of the world's largest enterprise analytics practices. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a bachelor's degree in operations research from Cornell University.
